流化床装置专用高温异型旋流气固分离器

novel patented flow style modifier with other proprietary internals have been set in the inlet device and cylinder vessel of the high temperature special style cycloning solid-gas separator for fbu as per dynamic principles, in order to proof the dusts collection near the inlet part of separator and improve the performance removal efficiency of solid from gas flow under high operating temperature and pressure.

诺卫专利技术流体形态矫正器及其专有内件,按照流体动力学要求布置在流化床装置专用高温异型气固旋流分离器入口总成和旋流筒体内,用以防犯在高温加压工况下粉尘颗粒物在分离器入口积聚,进而提高分离颗粒物从气流中分离脱除效率。

performance efficiency: 99%.

分离效率:99%。

objective mist sizes: common for 5 microns and larger, especially for solids removal.

分离对象尺寸:通常为5微米及以上尺寸,尤其用于固体颗粒物分离。

operating pressure drop: always less than 10kpa.

运行压降:通常在10kpa内。

operating temperature: always within 520 degree c.

运行温度:通常在520摄氏度内。

operating pressure: always below 2.5 mpag.

运行压力:通常在2.5mpag内。

separator main materials: common for ss304.

分离器主材:通常为ss304。

circle life: always 20 years for both internals and vessels under rated operating condition.

maintenance: without any internals spare parts, low cost of fabrication, operation and maintenance.

维护:不需备品备件,低制造成本、运行和维护费用。

major application: coal-powder gasifier outlet ko drum, fccu 1st stage, 2nd stage and 3rd stage cyclone separators, pressured fluidized methanation reactor outlet catalyst ko drum, particles removal cyclone separator for fluidized bed coal-powder burning boilers, particles winded dryer outlet dust removal separator, calcination furnace outlet gas deduster,   compressor suction separator in ploy-silicon project, solid/liquid gas separator in gas piping project and other similar cases.

主要应用场合:粉煤气化装置气相出口气固分离器、催化裂化装置“一旋”、“二旋”和“三旋”分离器、加压流化床甲烷化反应器出口催化剂捕集回收分离器、流化床燃煤锅炉烟气除尘分离器、气固直接接触干燥炉循环热风旋流除尘器、煅烧炉焙烧炉尾气旋流除尘器、多晶硅项目压缩系统入口气固旋流分离器、管输天然气气液(固)分离器,以及其它类似工况分离场合。
